One Green Bottle by Curtis Bausse. It’s a mystery, the first in his Magali Rousseau Detective Series. She’s a middle aged woman whose husband has left her. She moves to her son and daughter-in-law’s village and — almost as a joke — becomes a PI. Very well written and fun to read, I highly recommend it.
Paradise- Judith McNaught.
The Girl Entrepreneurs- Ibukun Awosika
Half of a Yellow Sun, Americanah, Purple Hibiscus- Chimamanda Adichie

Well, it depends. I’m looking for a good mystery but I do like fiction- I guess contemporary. And some nonfiction
